Yes. For the most part. Shiny Spinda and Normal Spinda cannot currently be uploaded to Pokemon Home and cannot be included. You can catch it on Route 227. These are usually forgettable Pokemon, but since we cannot include them, this counts for 99.99% of your pokedex. Spinda is Pokedex number #327
Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Shining Mew are not found in game.
